2016 BMW 7 Series Research & Review Page Released
The new Research & Review page detailing the 2016 BMW 7 Series has been released by Flemington BMW. This page is to help all our customers from Flemington, Clinton, Lambertville, and Hopewell, NJ, learn more about this model and all its options before they come in for a test drive at 216 US Highway 202 31 in Flemington, NJ.
There are two different model options in the 2016 BMW 7 Series, the 740i and 750i xDrive, which are available in 11 different colors and have a plethora of safety and convenience features for drivers.
A few standard features include Anti-Intrusion Anchoring System for Doors, Programmable LED Daytime Running Lights, SiriusXM® Satellite Radio (one year subscription) and Power Trunk Open/Close.

BMW was recently honored at the 2015 Energy Storage North America (ESNA) Conference. The BMW i ChargeForward Project was the recipient of the 2015 ESNA Innovation Award for its Unique EV Battery Second Life Energy Storage System.
“The goal of the BMW i ChargeForward project is to show how electric vehicles with smart charging capability and stationary 2nd life applications of EV batteries can provide valuable flexibility that would make it possible for utilities to maximize the effectiveness of the existing electricity grid, which we expect to ultimately lower total cost of EV ownership for consumers,” said Dr. Simon Ellgas Senior Advanced Technology Engineer – Sustainable Mobility, BMW Group Technology Office USA. “It shows the potential of collaboration between partners like PG&E, Geli, Princeton Power Systems and EV Grid but most especially our enthusiastic BMW i3 electric vehicle drivers.”
Innovation and sustainability are very important to BMW and the i ChargeForward Project shows how the intelligent management of charge electric vehicles can contribute positively to the electric power grid and reduce the total cost of ownership of electric vehicles.

A new Research & Review page for the 2016 BMW 3 Series is on its way to the Flemington BMW web page. This new page is for our customers near Flemington, Clinton, Lambertville, and Hopewell, NJ who want to learn more about the 2016 BMW 3 Series before coming in for a test drive. You’ll be able to learn all about the performance capabilities, safety specs, technology features, MSRP, and the fuel economy of the four trim levels. The all-new BMW 7 Series is set to be officially released on October 24, 2015 and in anticipation of this event, BMW teamed up with Uber this past weekend to offer customers in select cities an exclusive on-demand test drive or a chauffeured ride.
“With our new 7 Series being the most innovative vehicle in its class, it’s only fitting that we partnered with Uber to offer a unique and exciting way to experience our flagship model prior to retail launch,” said Jason Chan, 6 & 7 Series Product Manager for BMW of North America.
Throughout Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18 Uber users who live in New York, NY; Miami, FL; Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL were offered the opportunity set up an on-demand test drive of this model by using the Uber app. Then on October 19, 2015 those same users were offered the chance to take a free ride in the new 7 Series as they were driven to their destination by a BMW Product Specialist.
“We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the launch of the BMW 7 Series than by offering Uber riders the unique chance to upgrade their ride and are thrilled to partner with BMW on this first-of-a-kind experience,” said Amy Friedlander Hoffman, Head of Business Development and Experiential Marketing at Uber.
BMW Releases Official Launch Film For M2
BMW fans who are eagerly anticipating the arrival of the all-new BMW M2 will be excited to take a look at the newly-released official launch film that the brand has released for this model. This short two-minute shot offers a close-up look at the sleek new eye-catching design of this all-new model and several of the key components that have been included in its new look that was inspired by BMW racing models. You will also be able to get a good look at its impressive driving dynamics to see how easily its handles around corners, on the road, and the power of this vehicle’s acceleration.
In terms of performance, the BMW M2 is equipped with a three-liter six-cylinder in-line engine that generates 370 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque and can be paired with an available seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission (M DCT) and Launch Control that provides this model with an acceleration of 0-62 MPH in just 4.3 seconds. The new M2 also has a top speed of 155 Miles Per Hour.

BMW Announces Their September Sales Numbers
BMW has announced that their vehicles sales increased four percent for September 2015 with a total of 26,608 compared to 25,587 vehicles sold in September 2014. Year-to-date this is a 5.6 increase from the same period last year when BMW brand sales were 249,956.
“There’s no doubt about the strength of the U.S. economy and that people continue to buy new cars as evidenced by the BMW record sales result in September,” said Ludwig Willisch, President and CEO, BMW of North America. “Going into the all-important fourth quarter, the all-new BMW 7 Series and X1 go on sale this month and our expanded production capacity here in the U.S. means greater availability of the very popular BMW Sports Activity Vehicles, especially the X3 and the X5.”
Notable Sales for September 2015
- BMW 3 Series sales increased 10.6 percent to 9,145 vehicles
- BMW X3 increased 67.8 percent to 3,033 vehicles
- BMW 5 Series increased from 1,407 to 4,059 compared to September 2014

Anniversaries are meant to be celebrated, especially if it’s a 40 year anniversary of a BMW flagship vehicle. The special “40 Years Edition” of the BMW 3 Series Touring will be unveiled at a special event in Florence, Italy. Unfortunately for American drivers, the 100 limited edition units will only be sold in Italy. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have a look at what makes this edition special.
The BMW320d Touring 40 Years Edition will have a Merino Opal White leather interior with contrasting black stitching and Piano Black trim. The exterior will come in a gorgeous Tanzanite Blue that is reminiscent of the Mediterranean Sea. Under the hood is a 2.0L BMW TwinTurbo engine and an eight-speed automatic transmission which can achieve 190 hp. It will also include 19” alloy wheels, a brushed aluminum “40 Years Edition” badge with serial number, the M Sport Package, and a Piquadro travel luggage set.
2017 BMW X4 M40i Photos Leaked
Recently some photos of the highly anticipated 2017 BMW X4 M40i were released by AutoTijd.be offering fans a glimpse at what they can expect from this dynamic all-new edition to the M-Family. For the launch model, the color scheme will include a Long Beach Blue exterior with Ferric Grey accents.
Overall, as expected, the design of this model was inspired by the M Sport Package and comes equipped with features such as 20 inch wheels Double-spoke style 680 M type Bicolor, 245 millimeters tires on the front axle, 275 millimeters tires on the back, a new apron and an exhaust system with a tailpipe each side of the diffuser, a flap controlled sport exhaust system with black-chromed tailpipes, M leather steering wheel with a 3-spoke design, sports seats, and interior trim made of aluminum and special sill protection.
Under the hood, this model is powered by a 360 horsepower BMW TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine that generates around 343 lb-ft of torque. This engine offers a max speed of about 155 MPH and has an acceleration speed of 0-60 in less than five seconds.
