For its third consecutive year, BMW Financial Services was ranked highest in the Retail Leasing Segment by the J.D. Power 2014 Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study SM.  This is the 11th time the group has been recognized. Mini Financial Services followed up with a close second-place ranking. Also, Mini Financial Services and BMW Financial Services ranked first and second respectively in “Highest in Dealer Satisfaction with Retail Credit.  BMW Financial also earned second place in the Floor Planning Segment.

According to Ed Robinson, Chief Executive Officer for BMW Group Financial Services, Americas Region,  “Our goal has always been to provide consistent premium service across brands, products, and customers,” said Robinson. He further expressed a desire to create customer loyalty and retention. He also noted that BMW was incredibly proud to have such consistent recognition by J.D. Power; he recognized the award as a culmination of the effort of his many associates across the organization who are committed to high standards of excellence.

“We are proud of the partnerships we maintain with our dealers,” said Robinson, “and more so we are proud of the extraordinary efforts our dealers consistently display day in and day out that continue to turn our customers into loyal fans of our brand.”

Conducted annually since 1994, the J.D. Power Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study SM aggregates responses from dealer principals across the areas of Prime Retail Credit, Retail Leasing and Floor Planning. BMW Financial Services has ranked highest across each of these categories over the past 20 years.
