Sales for the BMW brand throughout November reached 26,189 total vehicles sold. As we head towards the end of the year total BMW sales for 2016 currently stand at 188,812 units. The 3 Series led sales for last month reaching a total of 5,411 units. This was followed by the X5 which not only sold 4.693 units in November but also increased sales over the previous year by 18.4 percent.

“Only a month remains in this year and we are beginning to bid farewell to the current generation 5 Series and getting ready to welcome the all-new BMW 5 Series which will make its world debut at the Detroit Auto Show in January,” said Ludwig Willisch, President and CEO, BMW of North America.  “The dynamic driving character of the new 5 Series will be a complement to our 7 Series and make for a stronger model lineup heading into 2017.”  

November Results:

  • i3 sales reached 629 units
  • i8 sales were up 46.6 percent to reach 173 units
  • 2 Series sales came to 955 units
  • 4 Series sales came to 3,240 units
  • 6 Series sales came to 276 units
  • 7 Series sales were up 18 percent to reach 1,233 units
  • Z4 sales were up 96.3 percent to reach 159 units
  • X1 sales were up 53.2 percent to reach 2,745 units
  • X3 sales came to 4,535 units
  • X4 sales came to 405 units
  • X6 sales came to 609 units
