Was very knowledgeable with all the cars options. Kathy the finance manager was great as well. Which is hard to find.

Flemington BMW ! Great service from Service Rep Debra ! My BMW x1 m35i was hit with a rock , it wiped out the auxiliary radiator resulting in coolant loss ! Out of the blue I had the Beemer flatbed to Flemington Tues April 1 . The squeezed me in and treated me to a clean washed and fully fueled x1 ! By Thursday my suv was finished vacuumed washed and ready ! I’m from eastern PA and there was another dealership way closer but as always I chose Flemington!

Brian, the maintenance manager, did an outstanding job explaining the steering design in my X3 which I had thought might be the beginning of a problem. As it turns out, my worries about the steering were needless. Thanks Brian and thanks also to Brian Seymour (my maintenance contact), who performed the customer service aspects of the transaction.
