This was the most amazing experience since I've been old enough to purchase vehicles. I have been on the market for almost 10 months and nothing has worked out. I was advised to find the car that I truly wanted and loved and I found the perfect BMW. I gave myself a timeline and wanted to secure my purchase by my birthday. Instead of going to my appointment on my birthday i showed up the day before and sealed the deal. Cathy (finance manager) Girum (Sales Associate) and the Manager we superb. They made me comfortable and confident. Girum came to the table and already gave us a deal before negotiating. When we advised him we wanted to try to negotiate a little more he called the manager to the table instead of taking it behind scenes. When she came over she agreed to wiggle a little more for my comfort. Everyone here is so kind, professional, and respectful. Purchasing a car can be very nerve racking especially after almost 10 months. I was here for a little over an hour and walked out with my new baby. I received a gift from Cathy and as promised they put a bow on my car for my birthday. I highly recommend.
